Mrs. Batool, born and raised in Hyderabad, attended Stanley Girls High School, Abids, Hyderabad for her schooling, graduating in the year 1979. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) and worked as a principal at Qulli Qutub Shah High School. Immediately she was drawn to Maria Montessori’s ideas after her first observation of a Montessori environment, she was amazed at the level of concentration and independent work displayed by the children. Mrs. Batool quickly came to appreciate the uniqueness of the Montessori Method and deeply believed in the difference it can make in the lives of children. In 1997, she received her AMI Diploma in her hometown of Hyderabad, India. After obtaining her AMI diploma, she worked in various Montessori schools, where she not only taught full classes but also provided teachers with administrative and academic support. Over time, her quiet leadership and genuine dedication to students and staff earned her deep respect from teachers, parents, and management. From April 2014 to April 2024, Mrs. Batool worked at Blue Blocks Montessori School as a head teacher. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, sewing, and decorating.

Farwa's academic journey commenced at Nasr School, followed by her Inter ‘s degree in CEC and Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Villa Marie College in 2012. Eager to broaden her educational horizon, she pursued her B.Ed. at Ghulam Ahmed College in 2014. Driven by a deep-seated admiration for her mother's career as a Montessori guide, she subsequently embarked on her AMI training in 2015. Montessori training transformed her completely with regard  to a child’s developmental needs. Upon obtaining her AMI Primary Diploma at Montessori Institute MTRT Hyderabad in 2015, Ms. Farwa embarked on a transformative journey in the field of education. She commenced her professional tenure at Blue Blocks, where she contributed her expertise from 2016 to 2019. During her tenure, she seized the opportunity in 2017 to spearhead the establishment of two Montessori environments at Blue Blocks Preschool, showcasing her adeptness in educational innovation. In 2019, Ms. Farwa transitioned to the United States as the role of Primary Head Teacher at Leport Montessori School in California. Demonstrating her commitment to educational excellence, she diligently crafted an enriching learning environment from inception, further solidifying her reputation as an esteemed educator. In her free time she likes to spend her time with family and explore new things.

Syed Abbas Ali's educational path began at Meridian School Banjarahills, where he likely laid the foundation for his future academic and athletic pursuits. Continuing his studies, he pursued an intermediate degree from St. Marys College, Yousufguda in Commerce, Economics, and Civics (CEC), indicating a well-rounded academic interest beyond sports. After completing his inter's degree, he went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM Generals), showcasing his dedication to academic achievement alongside his athletic endeavors. His decision to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resources at Amjad Ali Khan College reflects a strategic focus on a specific field of study that complements his passion for physical education and sports. Despite his rigorous academic journey, Syed Abbas Ali remained deeply involved in sports, excelling as a physical instructor and representing Hyderabad district in basketball. His proficiency as an all-rounder in various sports demonstrates not only his athletic prowess but also his versatility and adaptability across different disciplines. Overall, Syed Abbas Ali's story exemplifies the harmonious balance between academic pursuit and athletic excellence, showcasing his determination to excel in both realms.
